His extensive expertise encompasses operation, logistics, contract negotiations, revenue cycle management, and seamless integration of solutions with healthcare systems, showcasing a comprehensive skill set in providing effective solutions.

Arman Tarkhanyan
COO/Co-Founder
Arman Tarkhanyan graduated the Universtiy of California, Norhtridge with a degree in Psychology. With his education and 8 plus years of healthcare operations he has become a proactive collaborator in the healthcare industry bringing innovative solutions to common issues seen by current agencies. With experience in operating skilled nursing agencies and behavioral health treatment centers. His background has helped grow operations into mulitple states including California, Nevada, and Arizona.

Rick H Norris JD
Strategic Advisor

With a Juris Doctorate degree and a background as an army pilot and councilman, Rick H. Norris is a dedicated community leader embedded in the government fabric. Currently serving on the boards of prominent organizations such as Veteran Affairs, Universal Health Services, and Shriners Hospital, Rick has spearheaded transformative changes in infrastructure and healthcare policies. His advocacy aims at enhancing and empowering communities and individuals, showcasing his commitment to positive societal impact.

Vahan Setyan MSc, PhDc
Government Relations

Vahan is a recognized expert in urban and tribal healthcare policy and service development, implementation and management, having significant exposure to the Southern California, Greater Phoenix, Nevada and New Mexico markets. He assists healthcare organizations to overcome the challenges they face in regulatory compliance, business development, human capital management, policy development, innovation, and program implementation. He serves as an Authorized Agent and Economic Development Advisor for the Navajo Nation Farm Board on federal and foreign affairs on policy and regulation development and strategic business implementations in industries such as energy, agribusiness, banking, gaming, hospitality, and technology.

Richard Dick Allen
